Terms of Sale

The BinaryTech DZ website belongs to BINARYTECH, registered under commercial register number 21A5140790-00/16, with registered office at Cité 2068 Logements, BTB 46, Local n°06, Bab Ezzouar 16024, Algiers, Algeria.

These Terms of Sale apply to any individual or legal entity wishing to purchase through the website. BinaryTech DZ may update them at any time; the applicable terms are those in force on the order date.

The terms define the sales process between BinaryTech DZ and its customers, from ordering to after-sales support.

Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these terms.

The customer declares that they are at least 19 years old and have the legal capacity required to place an order.

Creating an account may be required to purchase. The customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

BinaryTech DZ may suspend or delete an account, or cancel an order, in case of irregularity, inconsistent information, or abusive use. A confirmation email records the order.

Products are presented as accurately as possible according to available information: reference, specifications, images, availability, and intended use.

Photos are not contractual. Differences in color, screen display, packaging, or presentation may occur and do not constitute a defect.

For electronic components, the customer remains responsible for checking compatibility, power supply, wiring, and suitability for their project before use.

The customer selects products, chooses delivery, enters their information, and selects an available payment method or one confirmed by our team.

An order summary with an order number is provided. Validating the order means accepting the terms.

The order becomes final after payment validation. If prior payment is required and is not completed within 5 working days, BinaryTech DZ may cancel the order.

Prices are displayed in Algerian Dinars (DZD), inclusive of taxes, excluding delivery fees unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods may include bank or postal cheque, bank transfer, CCP, or CIB card through TPE or relay point, depending on availability and confirmation.

Cheque payments are confirmed after collection. Bank transfers and CCP payments are confirmed after receipt or validation. Any banking fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Deliveries are made in Algeria through partner carriers, including Yalidine where the service is available.

Delivery times are indicative: generally 24 to 48 hours for nearby zones and 48 to 72 hours for the rest of the country, after order confirmation and preparation.

BinaryTech DZ is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, carrier constraints, weather conditions, high demand, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Upon reception, the customer must check the parcel condition and quickly report any issue: broken product, reference error, missing item, or damaged parcel.

If the issue is confirmed after review, BinaryTech DZ will propose a suitable solution, such as replacement, exchange, credit, or another support-approved handling.

Transport fees related to returns or exchanges may remain the customer’s responsibility depending on the case.

Warranty duration varies by product: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or more where indicated. It covers confirmed manufacturing defects and hidden defects.

An initial 48-hour functionality warranty may allow exchange in case of an immediate defect found after reception.

Warranty does not cover misuse, drops, deterioration, unauthorized intervention, wiring mistakes, unsuitable power supply, overload, or use outside technical specifications.

All BinaryTech DZ website content is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, the competent Algerian courts may be seized.
