Orders are shipped from our warehouse to the different wilayas of the country. Depending on the area, delivery may be offered to a home address or relay point.
Once the order is shipped, a Yalidine tracking number may be sent by email or SMS.
The customer can track the parcel directly on the Yalidine website or through the information provided by our team.
Order processing generally takes 1 to 2 working days after validation.
Estimated delivery is generally 1 to 5 working days depending on the wilaya, commune accessibility, and carrier constraints.

A parcel may be returned when the phone number is incorrect or unreachable, when the customer is absent several times, or when the address is incomplete.
