Technical summary
Built around a very powerful Xilinx™ Artix-7 XC7A35T-1CPG236C FPGA (combined with many peripherals: pushbuttons, displays, LEDs, USB port, VGA port...), this development board is ideal for quickly learning modern digital design techniques.
Thanks to its excellent quality / price / performance ratio, the "BASYS3" board is probably one of the most attractive FPGA development tools available today, suitable both for building very simple logic decoding applications and for developing extremely complex and powerful designs.
The board requires a USB cable (A - micro <> type B - offered as an option in the right-hand column) to allow programming from a PC compatible. The board is fully compatible with the WebPack™ software suite available for download on the Xilinx™ website.
About the education pricing granted on this board:
The education price shown at the top right is valid:
Within the framework of an "official" order from an engineering school, a university, an I.U.T or a high school. To benefit from the special education price, you must provide us, with your purchase request: the telephone number, the name and the full address of the school issuing the order, as well as the name and the email of one of the teachers who will use these boards.
If your order does not fall under one of these 2 cases, we will unfortunately not be able to apply the education price (you can nevertheless buy the board at the standard pricing by clicking here).
Note also that we offer a special deal (see in the right-hand column) including the "BASYS 3" board + unlocking code for the software suite (Vivado Design Suite) in the restricted version for the "Basys3".
