Technical summary
This module detects the color of a light source or of an object. It is based on the TCS34725 sensor and communicates over an I2C port. The sensor detects RGB colors as well as white. It is fitted with an LED (on/off via a digital input) to light up the object.
A built-in filter and a dynamic range of 3800000:1 with adjustable integration time and gain allow this sensor to be used even behind dark glass.
Using this module requires soldering a connector (included) according to the intended use. A tutorial is available for use with an Arduino or compatible board.
